Do you keep up with Age of Empires-related news on social media, forums, and Discord? Does part of your day include logging in to catch up on any Age-related chatter?

What does an Age Moderator do?
Volunteering as an Age Moderator, you’re an advocate in our growing community of players and fans across the Age of Empires franchise. You’re a key presence in our community platforms like Discord and our forums—and players know they can look to you for help and as a constant presence in the community.
On a typical day, an Age Moderator:
- Engages with the community on our official community platforms
- Keeps the community a respectful place; be friendly to others and step in when needed
- Shares official news and announcements
- Communicates with the Age of Empires Community Team in a private moderator-only channel
- Represents the Age of Empires brand with professionalism and enthusiasm!
Do Age Moderators get any perks for volunteering?
Those who are selected to be an Age Moderator are given Moderator Perks during their participation in the program. They include:
- Recognition across the community with moderator monikers
- Invites to participate in early access playtests
- Exclusive, unique thank-you swag
- And more!
What are the requirements to be an Age Moderator?
Those interested in volunteering to be an Age Moderator must meet the following requirements—please note meeting all requirements below does not guarantee entry into the program:
- 18+ years old
- Have an Age Insider account
- You signed the NDA as part of the registration
- Your account is 3+ months old
- There is no history of abuse or action taken against your account
